Randy's New Prospecting Tools -- Jan 2017

Hey Gold Adventurers...

Anticipating some great gold prospecting come this Spring, Summer & Fall..............I recently added a very nice Estwing forged steel 18 inch rock & gem chisel and another super useful Keene 18 inch deluxe steel crevice tool to my arsenal.

There was a boil hole in Kalifornia that my Gold Bug Pro sounded off on real loud, but it was packed with rock hard cemented/conglomerated gravels and I simply didn't have the length of a chisel needed to maybe break that cement hard gravel up last September.

Would love to see IF this Estwing baby will do it. Now, the real problem I see is after 4 years of drought, Kalifornia will have SO much rain/snow melt runoff that the NF American River will be too high, and that spot will be inaccessible/under water...

I got another Keene deluxe crevice too. Only $13. They are strong, awesome for crevicing in Kalifornia too. I have used them a lot, highly recommended!

Looking good Randy. Is that a birthday present for yourself. You may need an extra long snorkel for the American River this summer. Looks like you figured out how to find the gold in KALI.

Looks good ! I made my own from a 3/4 inch allen wrench and welded a 12 X 3/4 inch tapered drift pin to it. Ive used it for 20 years now and it still together! As a matter of fact I make most of my own stuff at the cost of ZIP!

Good for you! IF I had a arc welder, acetylene torch, etc., I'd be way more inclined to "make mu own" simple stuff too...

That 18 inch Estwing chisel is what I needed in that deep boil hole... Now, I think the rivers will be backu up above drought levels in Kalifornia...

I once got ahold of a bunch of "scrap" stainless steel tubing and bent the tip about 2 inch's back and then ground the inner edge off for a crevice scoop. I have them from 1/2 to 1/4 inch. When you get old you have a lot of time to play around making "stuff"! F.O.G.s rule

Sadly, I now won't be using my 18 inch Estwing chisel on that big (gold filled I am sure) boil hole in Kalifornia...

The Communist People's Republik of Kalifornia State Parks decided to designate 1 January 2017 the entire 55,000 acres/40 miles of the MF American & NF American Rivers in the Auburn State Recreation Area a friggin' "Hands & Pans Only" area.

SO now..... no hand tools, no sluices, no nothing but your bloody fingers and a hand pan there... Insane. Criminals all. High time to Drain the Swamp in Kalifornia too! Eco-Nazis and Democrat destroying the state, nation, world. Ship them to Venezuela to get a dose of their failed Liberalism.

Randy I think this wacoenviromentterriorism is going to end up being the law of the land eventually , current laws or NOT ! It seems to me that some of these "judges" are green as can be ! YEP , I'm losing faith in our system of law! May the best liar wit the most amount of money win!

Yes. WAY to many criminal judges out there....appointed by WAY too many Democrats.

Obama had 8 sorry years to appoint hundreds of federal judges for life to every federal court in the land.

Blue state Democrats have appointed criminal judges at many levels, from state supreme courts on down too.

Just look at the sorry & criminal decisions that comes out of the Kalifornia State Supreme Court directly against federal law, against miners. Just look at all the criminal federal judges coming out against President Trump and his Travel Ban and his AG Jeff Sessions cutting funding to "Sanctuary States" over their refusal to help enforce Immigration Law. All need to be impeached, removed from their positions. Period. Dot.

Trump only has 4 years to appoint ALL the federal judges he possibly can. Would be great IF he could get 8 total years, TRY to fix some of the Obama damage.

Randy only if and that is a big if .You know CA as much as I do .Only if the faultline along I5 would have a major earth quack and everything west would fall in the ocean .It would fix all the liberal problems.Other than that CA is dead.Moving to AZ.

It would make your taxes go up big time as well. Got to keep that money flowing to Washington to support them
big spenders. California Taxes are a big portion of the money that Washington receives.
