The federal government agencies under Obama has become "the 4th branch of government" now.

They are run by unelected bureaucrats, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the eco-Nazis today. These agencies are unaccountable to Congress (who idiotically funds them 100% every stinking year) and the Amerikan people.

They just write "rules", implement "plans", concoct new "policies"...........no matter what the people want or even Congress wants...... and once they publish them in The Federal register, they becomes as much "law" as REAL law written and enacted by Congress.

We're doomed without a HUGE reorganization of "government" by Congress & a president that ACTUALLY lives up to his/her oath of office......"to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic"......and "that the laws be faithfully executed"...

And to think that Americans believed in him to the end ???????? and then they believed in bilery STILL?????????? what were they handing out to that crowd?????? I just hope "the Donald" keeps his word to help ALL Americans and puts us back where we belong!! This wall idea or fence don't seem to be a thing that will work to me!! it hasn't so far and if a wall or fence is built the drug lords will just buy a boreing machine and build a super highway deep underground and drive their sickness to America underground. Trump should add sizemagraphic (sp?) sensors (like they use for earthquakes)under ground along the boarder to detect any drilling digging that they do .

Ha.  Yep...  Insane when you think half the country and mindless, brain dead people...

As you know I am fighting tooth and nail against the BLM here to not implement their latest EA/Mgt Plan for Cache Creek, that will:

1). Limit us to just 1/2 year access
2). Limit us to just a hand pan in the creek
3). Implement OSHA-style safety standards for all digging, pits & holes
4). Enact a leash law that all animals must be on a leash at ALL times that's 6 feet long or shorter
5). Limit us to just 25 acres of the 2,160 acre property....the worst part in the trees & rocks...
6). Implement a new $5 a day/$25 a half year "season" permit/fee system for anyone 16 or older.....and if no permit on you they can fine you up to $5,000 and 12 months in jail or both

Well, the BLM just posted their plan in the Federal Register on 14 October and we have 60 days until 13 December to "comment" to Kaylem Leonard at the Canyon City BLM office on their plan to cram this new, onerous, restrictive, unnecessary plan down our throats...

...well, I found the 4-page notice in the Federal Register and guess what, it's on Page 70,035 thru 70,038!  So, by 14 October from 1 January the friggin' Federal Register is over 70,000 pages of government regulations, notices and B.S. "law" published by all the Obama government departments and agencies!  That's 247 pages a day average and at this pace well have over 19,000 more pages by 31 December, making 2016 the highest page count years in all U.S. history at over 90,000 pages of new federal government B.S., red tape, regulation...in just 1 year!

In fact, Obama and his godless, Commie Liberal Democrat run administration have given us 6 of the last 7 record Federal Register years............and 2016 will make it 7 of the biggest regulation years of the last 8 in all U.S. history!  

So, I sure hope Trump fires them all..............at the EPA, the Dept of Interior, USFS, BLM, Dept of Energy, Commerce, HUD, on and on and slashes the size of the bureaucracy.  Federal government employees surpassed manufacturing jobs in this country years back.......in 1989!  No wonder we suck.  No wonder we don't make anything here anymore.  No wonder we import everything but Harleys & Boeing planes.  No wonder we bleed wealth in out of this country by the 100s of billions every year in a negative balance of trade problem.  ALL thanks to the EPA, highest business taxes in the world, government interference and over regulation!



High time to slash the federal government.  Hell, I think the EPA alone has OVER 33,000 full-time employees!  WAY too many, and we pay for them all with salaries, retirement and onerous and unnecessary "Global Warming" B.S. regulations that are killing cheap, 24/7 coal power, limiting drilling/fracking to kill the oil & gas industry, are after our BBQs and big trucks and airplanes too!  Fire them all, start over!
