Re: Happy New Year
Dickb,
Well, a belated HAPPY NEW YEAR to you too!
We had a big winter storm here 31 December and got 8 to 10 inches overall and up to a foot in spots... I spent 4 good hours New Year's Day our snow blowing and shoveling off my decks, back patio, around the barn, garage and propane tank...
Sorry I didn't check the Forum here any sooner...
Yep. One deep, cold, snowy winter this year for sure!
We've had some really cold temps lately... Yesterday was 12.2F below zero for the low. Tuesday was 1.3F below. Had 0.5F this morning. Up to a balmy 2.2F right now, but the sun is still 2 hours away from rising.
Not a lot of opportunity to gold prospect here with all the snow and really cold temps...
I'll be off to Texas soon again to visit my Sweet Wife in San Antonio, who's working a full-time Air Force job to help pay for our 2 kiddo's college educations. We don't want them to graduate with a mountain of student loan debt...
Come on Spring!!!

Re: Happy New Year
I certainly understand the student loan debt crisis. You have to do what in necessary to get through. Stay warm and I hope this year turns out great for us all.
