Russ:
With the price of gold at $1196.20, who is out there looking for it. You can make more money mowing grass for the neighbors. The government has pretty much stopped the small miner from being able to turn a profit for his work.
Just an old farts opinion and not even worth the time to read it.

Russ, Dickb, et al.,
Sorry I haven't been on the Forum much lately...
Was in Texas from 29 Aug thru 5 Sep and then did a lot of Cubing & dredging with buddies here until 19 Sep and then flew to Kalifornia on 20 Sep thru 27 Sep...
Got back and have been out fishing and sample panning around a bunch, trying to locate a new Glory Hole to work some before winter sets in here....
Than, last 3 days we've had a cold front and winter storm hit and we've had snow on and off for 3 days. Bored to tears. Still snowing lightly out right now....at 36F and maybe 4+ inches on the ground. WAY more up on the 13ers and 14ers for sure now.
Good thing is I have a deer tag for 3 thru 11 November here. The cold and snow are already pushing the deer down from higher elevations and I am seeing then around my house/property in small mixed herds.
