Well its time to move from our place to somewhere else ! I don't know where but.................I just sold ALL of my mining equipment and my welding and tools are next! Maybe I'll take up watching soap operas and sipping tea !

Why not come to High Kolorado?

We now have legal pot, so you won't have to sneak around and always be looking over your shoulder...  Ha.  

Plus, few bugs, low humidity and some decent gold to prospect...

But, WAIT until after the November election and see who wins the governor's race and IF the Republicans can hold a 18 to 17 majority in the Senate here...

IF Jard Polis wins as governor as a godless, Commie, homo, ultra-Liberal, Socialist/Marxist/Communist Democrat...…...I MIGHT just move!    He's been promising "universal healthcare" for all, "universal" pre-skool and kindergarten for all, all "green" energy by 2040, more LBGT rights over all normal people, more union support and more $$$ for skools and teachers...…….on and on and on...

He's not said 1 word on how to PAY for any of this "free" government owned, run, controlled crap he's selling to the idiot masses...

Trouble is real estate (again, thank you Fed) is in a HUGE bubble... Bigger even that in 2007, before the last crash...

One would want to sell out now, before the next crash.........then hold that cash and buy low at the bottom of the next crash. Pocket the change. In Kalifornia real estate crashed an average of 45%, but didn't bottom out until about 2012-13, almost 5 years after The Great Recession started.

Now, IF you were gonna cash out now and downsize a LOT, you might be O.K. to sell out now and buy now... Maybe buy a motor home and live out on the road?

Polis for governor here doesn;t get it about "free" universal healthcare as a supposed"human right". We already had the godless, Commie Liberal Democrats here try to push Kolorado as the first state in the nation to implement FULL, 100% government run/mandated Obamacare 1 1/2 years back. It was Amendment 69 to our state constitution, creating ColoradoCare.

It would have DOUBLED the size of state government over night. The state budget is about $27 billion. KoloradoCare was to cost a minimum $25 billion in it's first year, and just GROW on from there... Taxes of ALL sorts would be created or skyrocket to generate the $25 billion.

Businesses would have fled the state, losers & bums would all flock here to get "free" healthcare at taxpayer expense... Idiot Libs never, ever get it.

Commie Polis wants to push that all over again, and more government IF he's elected.
